Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the tour and when does it run?

Where do the tours start and end?

What is the PRIME CRIME experience?
PRIME CRIME is our exclusive, limited-edition premium tour that only happens when we uncover truly special content — such as newly discovered case files, access to restricted locations, or collaborations with local experts. These may occur once a year or twice a month, depending on what we can offer.
You can’t book PRIME CRIME in advance — the only way to get access is to:
✅ Subscribe to our newsletter
✅ Follow us on social media (@InfamousIndyTours)
✅ Watch for ticket drop announcements
These events are extremely limited and sell out fast.
Is there an age limit for the tours?
We recommend the tour for ages 16 and up, due to mature subject matter (murders, mob activity, and historical crimes). Children under 16 may attend at a parent’s discretion. No jump scares, no theatrical gimmicks — just real stories from Indianapolis’s darker past.
Is the tour physically demanding?
Most of the tour will be from the comfort of our bus. If we do leave the transportation, the routes are mostly flat and walkable, but comfortable shoes are highly recommended. If you have accessibility concerns, please reach out before booking.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine unless there’s severe weather. If we cancel for safety reasons, you'll receive a credit or refund. Please dress appropriately for Indiana’s changing weather.
